1) If I pay by Bank Wire transfer: You can receive a 1% discount on
wholesale lots over 10k.
2) Are items tested and working? Items are given a power on test,
port checks, wiped, cleared and set to defaults, products are physically
inspected and graded on condition. Product is sold As Is. Please send any
questions you may have about the products.
3) How are shipping charges/fees charged? They are responsibility of the purchaser
and can be added to your order or you may make pick up arrangements.
4) When do I pay? Payment is in advance of shipping.
5) What if my products are damaged? Damage must be reported within 48 hours
of receiving in order to qualify for replacement or account credit.
Any damage to product must be reported immediately upon receipt in order to
qualify for replacement.
6) What payment options do you offer? Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Pay Pal,
Company Check or bank wire transfer.
7) When will my shipment be released? Payment must settle and be confirmed
before shipment can be released for pick up. This can possible take up to
24 hours.
8) How will my product ship? Products are warehoused in over 3 different
locations across the US.
We ship with 2 different options:
- Freight: (you
arrange or email for a quote)
The cost is relative to the weight and DIMs of the shipment, the cost will
be added to your order, unless you arrange your own for your own service.
- Ground service:
(you arrange or email for a quote)
Cost is related to weight and destination and will be added to your order
unless you arrange for your own service.
